Inventory is somewhat limited but the low prices are amazing. Many unannounced clearance sales and discounted items. Extremely difficult to get around the complex with a stroller or disabled individual.
Was so disappointed to waste 3 hrs driving to this Coach Factory store, they don't have much choices and styles, and not enough color to choose. Store manager is very mean. No greeting when you get into the store. Prefer to go to the one locate at Chicago Premium Outlet.
