No satisfaction from store manager.
After looking through the store and realizing most items are just junk, I spotted some bungee cargo nets. Had a need for them and figured they were a simple basic item, what could be too bad about them. Bought 2 cargo nets to secure soft items in a boat while being trailered. Nets shredded within 45 minutes. Complete junk.
