This Staples has more office supplies than any other Staples I have visited. Highly recommend stopping in to see what they have. Only down fall is its very hard to turn in and out from.
I went to Osage Beach Staples looking for a specific type of USB cable. After searching the store for well over 45 minutes, I left empty handed. Not one time was I acknowledged. I couldn't even find a floor person to assist me. Very disappointing.
Here's the scoop. Extremely high turn over on employees. Employees are not adequately trained. No incentives for employees to be helpful or courteous. And guess what, they just don't care. Only go into this store if you know exactly what you want and exactly where it is located. Do not expect any level of service whatsoever. This store is NOT like any other Staples store that you have ever been in. Rumor has it that they will be closed very soon. Surprise, Surprise!!!!
