Extremely disappointed . Had carpet put into different rooms of my house. Horrible job installing and they pulled a bait-and-switch on the pad. Even gave me a cheaper pad than I paid for. Called and complained and was basically told tough.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - not worth my time to explain !!
They went over all my options and the final invoice detailed every single charge for materials and labor and my exact choices...I signed the paperwork and went back to KC. They handled everything from there. Very pleased customer.
Excellent sales team and professional installation. I had laminate, carpet and tile all installed and it turned out beautiful!! Not one issue.
