We were looking for an item in this store that we had purchased at another farther away. We couldn't find anyone to help us, so we went to the service desk. The lady there got on 2 computers and her own phone and couldn't find what we wanted. My wife found it on her phone and showed it to the lady. She said they don't carry it in their store. I had 2 things to buy, got in line and watched the one and only cashier take far too long looking up prices on nuts and bolts. The self check was closed. I set the 2 items down and left the store. Apparently, Menards is hurting this store with their superior service and selection advantage.
Great service would highly recommend them. The guy that cut our boards did a good job!!
Consistently a great experience. We really appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the employees. We also like the reasonable prices.
Will never go back. Would not let me use my gift card because my drivers license was not attached. Bad policy gonna cost you.
Also the cashiers are very rude and said horrible comments about other people when we went to check out for a few miscellaneous items.
We had questions about flooring. We were interested in the installation and had additional questions about it. It was later at night, we had to hunt someone down to help us and staff was very rude. Every time we asked questions the guy seemed frustrated and would make an excuse that he had to go help another customer that was there before us! Mind you there was no one else around us. When my husband ask questions, the employee said began to tell us about hidden fees that he didn't tell us about initially. Extremely frustrating. We left and went to home Depot where they helped us hundred times better and treated us better.
