They just told me like they don’t have time, and that’s not their problem.
Good place the employees are either great and outstanding or they are snobby and unhelpful.
This place shouldn’t have any deliveries because they can’t guarantee safe deliveries. My advice for all truckers is to avoid this crazy place and rude people.
The boat we had was even new and had an awesome sound system if you are interested.
Delivery should be in the store, but they send me to their marine storage on Ozork Lake (Pelican Drive). It was very dangerous to arrive there. The road is going straight in the lake and there was a big downhill. I waited about 2 hours for them to unload 4 watercrafts.
When I tried to leave the place I had trouble to climb the hill. It was very scary. When I drive the tires on my truck started spinning, I was not able to climb.
After that I asked the people in marine who unload me to pull my truck and help me, they didn’t want to, they didn’t care.
I had delivery in this place last week and had a very bad experience.

Everyone was very helpful and through with explanations. We were nervous with the low star review, but we couldn't have been happy. The girl who did the check off and instructions for our boat today was great and gave us some awesome advice.
Would definently use them again.
Also they wanted to call towing for me. Then I turn the truck somehow and backed up half mile to main road. That was the only way to avoid spinning. I almost crashed my truck on that hill.
