Make sure you pick the home you want, they have a few that are not as nice but most are very nice. Just have to be sure and avoid the older ones.

This is our third stay in tan tar a estates and we always enjoy our stay.
Very nice Lake of the Ozarks accommodations. Close to everything, clean, and staff was friendly. Nice pool which was not too crowded and our three bedroom house was roomy and comfortable.
Family of 4 with extended family of 10 more adults and children. We rented a 5 bedroom house and everyone had plenty of room and the house was nice and clean. No problems and a great time for everyone.
This company does a nice job and we have already booked the same house for next year!
