I would recommend going to the Outback Steakhouse in Osage Missouri. They have the best service we have ever had. Beth our server took excellent care of us. We have never had a server take so much pride in her work and her place of employment. She Is awesome and really cares about her customers
I've been visiting this location since they opened. Some visits are outstanding, others not so great. Not being informed they were out of something until it was served with their own substitutions or just missing the items they didn't have with no explanation is common. Otherwise service and staff are great!
My brother and his wife and I went here for lunch. The food was great and the portions were huge, but, unfortunately the service was less than expected. We didn't hold it against the server, as I imagine he had seen better days. This is the first time my brother ever visited Outback, and I certainly didn't want to diminish his outlook or experience. We still had a really good time!
Had to send back my wife's steak under cooked. They did fix the steak thank you to the staff they did great we appreciate it.
Got seated quickly. The staff was helpful and responsive. The steak was tender and delicious! The eating area and rest rooms were clean and well maintained. Will definately be back.
