Heres a tip to the two idiots I dealt with there, black lady, not sure your name, but you get somewhat of a pass due to working with 'Laura', shes a hide, so no wonder you hate your job.
I tried to alert the Patient Advocate/Quality Control lady at Lake Regional, never got any call back. Lol! Typical. But tbh, she is probably slammed with calls of disgust...so no wonder.
2 hours and 30 minute wait time. And still waiting. Online system is broke so we couldn't even check in ahead of time. Forced to wait with a room full of other sick people. Shame there isn't a rating lower than 1 star.
Less than one star. That about sums it up. Someone on here was complaining about the nurse prac. named Laura. If you get this lady-trust me, you didn't win the lottery. I also had the black gal nurse, think her name was Regina and yes sir! She had an attitude to beat the band.
If you come in and see a room full, turn around and go to the ssm clinic in lake ozark or anywhere else really.
Lake Regional looks like they are trying to save money by hiring the bottom of the barrel staff.
'Laura' saying your "better than a dr." doesnt win you any points. Not only is it a false claim, but seems very delusions of grandeur. Next tip to non-dr 'Laura' you are nurse as a profession you have to be polite, treat people with respect, and compassion. If you want to be Incredibly rude, rough, callous, devoid of any persono, you should find a cubicle to crawl into. I would suggest research, but you are so medically inept, I dont think you could contribute. Not only, was I astounded you couldnt diagnose I had the flu, but you got so hostile, and grabbed and pulled on me so hard the next day I literally had bruises where you touched me. If this somehow counts of the #metoo movement, count me in!
Not sure if she hated her job 1/2 as much as she hates patients. I had the flu. Pretty simple right? Well this flu is the same thing thats been going around here all winter. Had a cough congestion so bad my ribs ached. Next nurse of fright was a NP named Laura. One of the meanest nastiest attitudes. I don't get why they allow them to deal with patients. Lake Reg must be trying to scrub together a few pennies to hire this crew. Total witch. She walked in with such an attitude. I tried explaining that I had tried everything under the sun to cure myself for weeks. She gave me some song and dance about how everyone is abusing antibiotics these days. ANTIBIOTICS??!!?? And How would I do that? Take them And get bbbeeetttteeerrr??? Well no matter how much I told her I was basically feeling like a horses butt I could not get any medicine to cure myself. So whats a fellow to do? Oh I dont know, wait throughout the weekend coughing up a lung. Was honest to god spitting up blood by Monday. Did I want to go to hospital? Nnnoooo I dont have insurance.

The absolute worst. If you want to be treated rudely by some nurse named Laura and some other black nurse, go here. If you are ok with inept medical negligence go here. If you wanna walk out with no medicine and feeling a 1000x worse where you have to find a legitimate doctor to actually treat you go here. If Not and if you wanna Get better then go ANYWHERE but here.

Save yourself the time and expense go to a real clinic. St. Marys has one under the furniture store by Break Time. Went there got some hard core antibiotics got diagnosed with pneumonia. THATS RIGHT PNEUMONIA The doctor said he has heard all the complaints about Lake Reg Urgent and it was lucky I came in cuz I couldve died. DIED. DEAD.
Took my kid for what may have been a broken finger, made an appointment for 10 am online but got there at 9am and got checked in. Was in the waiting room for about a half hour. Dr. Hagley was great, really caring and obviously enjoys working with kids. It's great that they have an x-ray so we didn't have to go to the ER.
incident was with urgent care in OB. Long story short, i busted my head open with a fence post driver and my girlfriend freaked out and made me go to the urgent care. She called ahead and explained the situation and that i was refusing to go. When i arrived the Dr barely examined me and told me i needed to go to the ER. "We do not do this to jack your bill up. " Is what she said. Yeah right. A small 2" cut ended up costing over $600. Haven't paid and will not pay. The ER nurse laughed when i told her what happened and even agree that it was ridiculous for me to be there. The ER doctor never said anything, but gave the same vibe. The ER girls were great, but i do not feel that i should be forced to pay such an extreme amount for poor consultation from the urgent care Dr
Update: 3 hours and 20 minutes and finally we were seen. I do not blame any of the nurses or staffing! They did all they could but management needs to address these issues. With only having 4 rooms and overworking their staff, they really just make it a miserable place. Again, the staff is sadly the front line to piss poor management.
