I can't even give one star, but I have to rate something so this gets posted. One star is too high. It's been four months of trying to get a new round of Cpap supplies. Every time I visited the office in OB they gave me a variety of excuses and told me they would get my supplies to me asap. I finally got someone in the billing office in Florida somewhere to tell me my balance was outstanding. Because someone had notated on my info screen that I declined to have statements sent to me. This decision was NEVER discussed with me, much less made by me. Thanks Lincare. So my balance over time was large. I paid it off. Still no supplies. Called billing again. They told me my balance actually had a $200 credit as of 8/21/17. Told me to go back to my local office, take the canceled check, and I could order my supplies. I just did that this afternoon. They told me I still owed the money I have paid. The canceled check meant nothing to them. The fact I have been a customer for almost five years meant nothing. I cannot imagine a worse operation.

Day number 8. I just checked the mail. NO RECORDS. Just called Lincare. Let them know we are on day number 8. I can't stop by today, so I thought checking in via phone would be best. The lady told me she would see what she could do. (I'm shaking my head)

8/28/17 Well it's been seven days since I requested my records in writing in the office in Osage Beach. I still have not received my records. I went back in, and was told I would have them in the mail tomorrow. 8 days. I live in Linn Creek. 5 miles away. I told the receptionist (who is a victim in this, as I might add) I would be back tomorrow if I don't receive my stuff in the mail. Every day moving forward, I will stop by. My plan to move to a new provider for my supplies is in motion, and I have met with my physician about my treatment by Lincare. I am not going away. I will stop short of mentioning that I am approaching 60 and have sleep apnea, which is a serious health condition. Oh wait. No I won't . HELLO LINCARE! Thank god I'm not someone in worse need than what I am.

DO NOT EVER sign an agreement with these SLICKERS to allow them access to make automatic withdrawals from your bank account.. They will keep billing you LONG after you return the equipment. Then blame it on some "Billing dept." that you never heard of.... Then, you have to CLOSE/CANCEL your account to keep them out. WHY is it that the yellow pages rep can "Finalize" a contract over the phone, but THESE Grifters MAKE you send a certified letter to SUPPOSEDLY get them out of your pocket? (It remains to be seen that they will QUIT "auto-stealing" from my account so I CLOSED it) All in All, A company that employs UNSCRUPULOUS billing practices... BEWARE, EVEN WHEN you CALL to see if things are in order, you'll LIKELY get fed improper/uninformed response, telling you that the insurance is "OK" when they have NO IDEA, until they BILL YOU YET AGAIN for ANOTHER month, & YOU find out that they Knew ALL ALONG that you had returned the equipment a MONTH ago.... Crooked? on the fringe, Shady?? DEFINITELY!! Was I CHEATED by these hoodlums? ABSOLUTELY......
