BEWARE of this company. Recently, while trying to sell our lake property, there was a dispute about the roof which was only 4 years old. The potential buyer hired Above and Beyond Roofing for an opinion. The employee who evaluated the roof said the roof needed to be replaced and gave an estimate of about $10,000. Since the roof was relatively new, we did some research and found that the employee had only worked there 3 months and had no prior roofing experience! A realtor in the area also told us that they were encountering the same issues with this company. They may do good work, but their business practices are highly suspect.
After a hail storm last year, I asked Above & Beyond to come out and take a look at my roof. Expecting to have to wait a while since I was certain they were getting tons of calls of like mine, I was pleasantly surprised when Ben showed up personally the same day I called. He inspected my roof, and while there was no hail damage to speak of, he took care of a couple caulking issues and talked with me about a potential gutter issue that we should address within the next year.
