Throughout my experience with them they have not been reliable or responsible. My next step is to contact my lawyer which I hate to do but if someone had done that before me - maybe I wouldn't be in this place. Consumers have to keep businesses like this from taking advantage.
If I hadn't found my copy of the contract - they said they wouldn't help even though they admitted to doing the job. The interior ceiling of my room is severely damaged and is now causing damage to other rooms. The contents of the room have to covered with plastic and there are buckets to try to catch the water. My initial call to them was on 6-10-14, it's now 7-15-14.
Ellerman doesn't show up on time & won't call to let you know. They made me prove that I paid for a 10 year guarantee because they lost my records. I faxed the proof to the # provided - they wouldn't respond so I called a week later and was told they would call right back - 2 days later,. still no call.
