I have purchased boats from other large dealers at Lake of the Ozarks and my experience at Iguana was by far the best. I would suggest Austin to anyone looking to buy or sell a boat.
First boat I ever bought. This group was great. From the ordering, to our needs and usage, they put into the final order for us and our budget. Sure there were some hick-ups from the factory when delivered, but they were right on it. They had the answers and solutions before I even saw the boat for the 1st time! Customer service?? It is OUTSTANDING!! They listen, address the issue, make sure it is per our satisfaction and then FOLLOW UP! Brandon is a young GO-GETTER, I don't think he sleeps :). The GM of the Ozark Iguana group is in touch with all issues and drives a lean and very efficient ship, but you can tell when you 1st walk in until your on the water enjoying your new toy.
Austin has been awesome to deal with. He has sold two boats for us in the last two years. One performance boat and one cruiser. Both transactions were smooth and simple from start to finish for both the buyer and myself. One year later, I received a picture of the last boat he sold for me....it was awesome seeing the new owners out enjoying it!

I have been an employee at Iguana Boat Sales since March and I cannot say enough positive things about the company, the owners, the management, the inventory, and the staff! Iguana is a growing environment with so many positive experiences and options to offer to everyone. The company as a whole also tries to stay very involved in the community. What a great experience with Iguana Boat Sales! We Lined up the purchase and trade on our new boat over the phone from Chicago. The very next day after we had a verbal deal the dealer picked up our cruiser for their inspection and a day later we arrived to take delivery of our new San Pan! Our Salesmen Brandon did a great Job from start to finish. Brandon is part of a huge team and they have many locations to take care of all our needs. We were most impressed with how nice all the team was and how they expedited our deal (The Friday of Memorial day weekend). We look forward to Great service from Iguana!
