I take my dog in for regular grooming every 8 weeks or so. They do a great job every single time. My dog is handed back to me clean and happy. Clean store a lot of pet supplies.
First I told the groomer that I wanted my Papillion trimmed, a style trim (Petsmart comprehends this!), with a wash and blow dry and comb. I specifically stated DO NOT USE THE CLIPPERS ON MY DOG!!! I walk in early, and low and behold the clippers are being used on my dog, and at that point what could I say? He was already 3/4 the way done. It was terrible.
I will never recommend this place, anywhere, to anyone! Absolutely horrible experience that my dog is suffering the consequences for.
I've also taken her here many times for comb out and nail clipping. Yes their kinda high compared to the vet or dog grooming outside of retail store
Got a snake from there, they said she hadn’t been eating so we bought her hoping we could get her to eat. When we got her you could literally see her spine poking out. They should of done something more than just been ok with it. Have had her but for a few weeks and she passed away today. Will probably never go there again.

Second, we left and went to NC for vacation. My dog started itching ridiculously hard (the following day). When we got there, my friend that has been grooming for 20 years looked at his skin and told me that he had brush burn, which I thought would hopefully work itself out, which it started to and then he started itching more and more. It's now October and I'm still dealing with this, even after baths with anti-itch shampoo, benadryl, and constantly cleaning his skin.

I wish I could give zero stars. In 2016 I gave them a shot and they didn't harm my dog, just gave him a bad grooming (hair cut wise). I'm all about giving people a 2nd chance, so I did in August 2017, literally a year later, thinking maybe things have changed. NO. They got a lot worse. It's now the middle of October and I'm still dealing with issues that were caused by the grooming at this Petco. I did receive a refund for the services, but I had to drive an hour to get that refund.
