Once you've paid forget about them fixing any problem, and TRUST ME, the entire pool is a $125K problem! Avoid like the plague! Hot tub leaks, both heaters can't run at same time, pool plaster looks like the surface of the moon, auto fill doesn't work, fence swayed in the wind, 3 years later still getting the run around. Total 100% rip off!
Trying to get a repair for a month. I've got nothing but the run around with Vaughn. My inlaws are wanting a large hot tub and my coworker is considering a pool. Do you think I'm going to recommend Vaughn? Um... NO!
I manage all my own large construction projects at my own cost and time. I learn by reading and buying books, videos etc. This sucks I know. YOU must know what right looks like; or pay the consequences here in the good ole Ozarks.. Few contractors care about quality. They want to get done and get overpaid, while were left paying for junk the rest of our lives. No codes, no licenses required in Missouri. This is what we homeowners in rural areas get to enjoy!
I would not do business with them again. Sold me a hot spot spa and crapped out after 2 years (right outside the warranty). Contacted them to be told sorry but we will come fix it for around another 1000! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!
