Have shopped here since it opened and always love my purchases. Unfortunately, one of the brown napkins I bought had a rather wide fade line through it. Since I live 150 miles away, taking it back wasn't an option. The sales staff found it after an all store seach to complete a set of four, so it must have been used as part of a display. An honest mistake, but disappointing just the same.
