Good selection and great customer service!
I bought a shore power cord that shorted out after less than a year. AWESOME service-- they provided a duplicate receipt and helped me with warranty replacement. When Marineco finally replaced it under warranty, the wrong cord was shipped. Without hesitation, the staff at West Marine exchanged the wrong cord with the correct one. (It wasn't their mistake.) I have bought a lot of my boating needs there, and I won't shop anywhere else now. Thanks!!
Very horrible service,called to place order by phone and before we could finish placing the order, was told if we own a computer just order off of website, whatever happened to good customer service in the boating community?
