After they left our vehicle on the side of the road TWICE overnight after verbally agreeing to towing it for us, we still gave them the benefit of the doubt. Until they "repaired" our vehicle, we picked it up with a dead battery, and had to have someone jump it. Five minutes down the road the SAME issues persisted, and we were left stranded once more. After three weeks of calling them once a week, and getting told off for not allowing them to call us first, we finally had another mechanic call them for us(four total calls in almost four weeks mind you). They told him it was ready, and it was free of charge. We went to pick it up, they had locked their doors AND the vehicle wouldn't start once more. Thank goodness our mechanic was with us to get it back home. HORRIBLE customer service, or rather a major lacking of... We tell everyone of our experience, bc online reviews guided us in their direction to only be without a vehicle for almost a month, and with no repairs, other than things that did not need repaired. If they repair your vehicle ASK FOR THE BAD PARTS. Never have we experienced such a shady business exchange.
Well I was just awoken to the sound of a roll back tearing up the asphalt (private drive) in front of my house because they decided it would be a good idea to repo someone's vehicle at 11pm. Thanks for the consideration, I'll keep that in mind if I ever need to reccomend a towing company.
I was so pleased to find a mechanic that would actually come to where my son was broke down to see if you could assist us.. we were able to get the car to run and drive back to his awesome shop.. where he got it fixed at a reasonable and fair price with in 3 hours of us finding out the starter had issues.. I am so grateful and thankful for the kindness Trish showed us as did all the crew.. They are dog lovers too with a sweet 15 year old girl named Blue.. she was adorable.. I think she runs the shop.. Good people running an awesome business.. I now have a new mechanic in my family.. and I will take all my vehicles there from now on..
Fantastic company! I was in Lake Ozark for Memorial Day weekend and had car trouble. Met a relative of the owners at an Auto Zone, got their phone number, and they responded to the call on a Sunday over a holiday weekend. They came to my roadside location, fixed the issue, and didn't charge a penny for the call. Great company, and wonderful people!
People... SUPER IMPORTANT!!!! NEVER, NEVER use Bradshaw's Auto & Towing in Osage Beach. Horrible, bad, extremely terrible experience. Complete crooks!!!!! 3 different people I talked to just agreed and said they ripped them off too.
