Extremely pleasant experience. James was courteous and informative. I only stopped for a tire rotation but they were fast and efficient. I would definitely consider them for tires and other service.

Fixed a small rattle on my truck promptly.
We towed our boat from Wisconsin for an extended weekend. We got a few hours into our trip and noticed a brake line was leaking. We stopped at a shop somewhere in Illinois on late Friday afternoon of Labor Day weekend to get it fixed. However, after looking a little more in depth said that they unfortunately would not have time to complete the fix until the next day, but would give us a car until it would be done. They also said the maximum cost would be $330 but said most likely it would be less. We chose to wait on the repairs and watch the fluid the rest of the drive. On Tuesday after Labor Day, we brought it to Parkway Plaza. We were so happy they were able to get it in and fixed it for only $175. Wednesday morning we packed up and hooked the boat back up. We drove a mile down the road to put cover on and noticed it was leaking fluid in the same spot again. Went back with the boat attached as we were about to head home. It leaked fluid worse now than before it was "fixed". Two hours later it was done. I was very upset to find that we were charged even more than the day before and now we were delayed going home by two hours. I spoke with one of the men there about the cost and he said basically it is what it is. They seemed very nice there but were unwilling to adjust the price for a mistake that could have cost us our lives driving home. I don't know that i would recommend them to anyone. I am sure it was an honest mistake (at least i hope so) but we could have gotten into a serious accident had we not noticed the leak after their supposed fix. Very disappointed!
