We rented a boat and tube. Upon using the tube 2 or 3 times, the cover ripped off causing minor injuries to two children. We attempted to return the tube but no one was in the office or available to speak with. When we returned the boat we were informed that we had to pay 90 dollars for their faulty equipment. Find an alternative as this is not an ethical business.
Owner guided us into the dock and once he said we were good we hit the dock and then said we owed him 400-500 dollars; ridiculous!
Captain Bob's worst boat rental at the Lake of the Ozarks!!! His boats are dirty and need of repair. Customer service does not exist! We all know good customer service will make you or break you and right now Captain Bob's is sinking like the Titanic!!!

Don't bother. We had a reservation 10 days in advance and when we show up the office is closed. A gentleman who now I am quite sure was the owner asked us why we were there because there were no boats available. When I told him we had a reservation, he leaves, and a few minutes later a women shows up to help us and says one of their boats had to be repaired and there was nothing available for us, we forgot to call you. I fully understand about their boat but no phone call? I had 8 adults and 3 kids ready to spend a day on the lake. So they know how to take a reservation but they don't know how to hold a reservation....Very unprofessional
