Had two boats reserved but had part of our group bail on us late the night before..called as soon as they opened in the AM to cancel the second boat and got a lecture about how they could have rented the boat out. Also had a storm blow through and asked if we could get the boat for later in the day. They were extremely rude about it. We decided not to rent the boat from them at all. Later in the day we received two phone calls from them, practically yelling at us claiming they could have rented the boats but couldn't because of us changing plans..sorry, customer service took you out of the picture. We can't go on the lake with lightning and severe thunderstorms, we just wanted to get a boat when the storms blew through..
Just say no.
