My sister booked a very large birthday party for her son. The employees were very unorganized at check in. They couldn't find her name in the system so we waited 20 minutes at the desk. Then her infant babies needed waivers to even be in the building. I can understand for the children and adults, even if they don't jump, but infant babies who sat in car seats their car seats?!?! You should be able to use your own socks and not be made to buy their socks. Who cares if you can use their socks again at a later date like they say, if you have your own socks on you should be able to jump.
Loads of fun, good music, nice people and clean. The kids had a blast. They have great deals throught the week, like buy 1 get 1 free Tuesdays, and always 20% off military discount. Oh, and the shiatsu massage chairs are a nice bonus.
Very fun place to go the customer service is nice not very happy or excited kind of dull at front desk but in the actual area to jump they are pretty nice. Some of the people out working need to have a little bit better of an attitude and pay attention to some more things it's a good place to go but does have a lot of customers so can be packed sometimes
The parking lot is very small and spaces are not clearly marked.
This was our third trip. I paid for my wife to jump with the kids after letting the attendant know she may or may not jump. She failed to inform me that there are no refunds, that it might be better to pay after we know for sure. Instead she rang us out, 2 min later my wife came in and said she was just going to watch and we were informed of the no refund policy then. At least we were given a free jump voucher.
So like I said, my sister booked a large party, but they didn't want to let us use the big party room that was included in the package my sister booked. We spoke up and they allowed us to use the room.
The jumping area was small but I have been to many other trampoline parks in major cities, so for this facility in Mid Missouri, the size is adequate. I feel that although it was a Saturday night, they allowed too many people in the jump area.
Overall, I would not return to this place, nor recommend it to others.
Have taken the kids to this place 4 times. Yes you have to buy their socks but they are specially designed with grips on the bottom to prevent slipping and injury. If you drive to just one side of the building the parking lot looks small but there is parking the entire way around the building. The employees range from very helpful and knowledgeable to bad attitudes and clueless.
For a party this size and the premium cost of the party, I feel that they should have included a party attendant to help move the party along, but there wasn't one. There were 2 chest freezers in the party room and one was left unlocked. When I mentioned it, the teenaged employees looked concerned and came to check on it, but no one locked it up. There we no trash cans in the party room, and I got dirty looks from the employees when I moved one into the party room.
