Iguana was a great place to rent from!! We rented a Seadoo (wave runner) and paid the 8 hour rate and got an additional 16 hours free. We kept it overnight which worked out perfect for us to ride early in the morning. They were very accommodating because I changed my rental time once and changed from the 2 seater to the 3 seater the day of and it worked out perfectly! The wave runner we got was nice!!! Ran great and looked so cool!
I had a difficult time with this company. I used a Living Social voucher last weekend while I was in town visiting. My group and I scheduled our trip around this voucher/company and we came across a major problem. Jodie (the scheduling associate, I assume) mistakenly booked us at a location that was no where close to our living quarters for the weekend. We originally booked our quarters in close proximity to where our boat would be so that it would save us on time and gas expenses. When I arrived to the original location, they had me nowhere on their schedule and no boat prepared/available for me to use. In total, her "mishap" costs us in time and money. We lost close to two hours on the water due to her booking us at a marina across the lake and the inconvenience of locating our boat. We lost money by having to travel an additional hour by water just to pick up and drop off said boat. I was very unhappy and felt like I had been trapped since I had no other options. We made due with what they provided but other than "Yesendia" who was working at the Pelican road location we had no good customer service. I was very disappointed.
