My 91 year old father and step mother from Chez Republic went to this store because her new Toshiba laptop had a problem with camera adjustment. TNT told her that laptop computers didn't have good cameras, and that she would do better with a tower. He charged her $150.00 and took her laptop (which she paid over $600.00 for 4 months before. I have called this place several times and no one answers the phone....I would be very careful before I do business with this place
We have not had that experience. I'm the General Manager at Get Air in Osage Beach. In the past 2 weeks we've called on TNT to help us tech issues. Tom is responsive , punctual and knowledgeable. I cannot speak to the other reviews, but I can say that our experiences have met and exceeded our expectations. Good guy.
